“I placed an order, when does it arrive?” — the most-asked question at the workshop. Single-sentence answer: 10–14 working days. But how does that number break down, how many days for each step, and which causes delay — daily detail below.
A typical 12-day timeline
- Day 0: Order confirmation + measurement check (the clock starts when you confirm).
- Day 1: MDF panel cutting (CNC routing, all doors in one batch).
- Day 2: Primer paint / foil prep.
- Day 3–5: For lacquer, layer-by-layer paint + sanding cycle (3 days). For membrane, foil press (1 day).
- Day 6: Polish (lacquer) or final check (membrane).
- Day 7: 1 mm laser edge banding, PUR hot-melt on all 4 edges.
- Day 8: Hinge cup routing + final adjustment.
- Day 9: Workshop QC (eye + measurement + touch).
- Day 10: Packaging + handoff to shipping.
- Day 11–12: Shipping within Istanbul: 2 days. To other regions: 3–5 days.
Where do delays come from?
Ideal flow is 10–12 working days; in practice, occasionally 14. Common reasons:
- Custom RAL color: mixing a non-catalog tone adds 1 day.
- High humidity: in winter, when workshop humidity climbs above 70%, lacquer drying time extends.
- Measurement clarification: if the customer's measurement table is missing data, the workshop asks; production waits for the answer.
- Shipping load: the weeks before public holidays (Eid, etc.) can add 1–2 days to courier transit.
Rush orders — under 7 working days?
Possible, but not always. Depends on workshop load. 15% rush fee moves the order to the front of the queue; choosing membrane over lacquer makes 7 working days easier (membrane drying is 1 day).
Practical tip: if you're planning a kitchen renovation, order 3 weeks ahead. The rush tariff only makes sense for very specific situations (a move, an opening date).
Steps before production starts
Production begins on Day 0; before that, 1–3 days pass on your side:
- Instant price from the configurator: seconds.
- Preparing the measurement table: 30 minutes – 2 hours (depending on kitchen size).
- Workshop confirmation: reply within 24 hours; missing info is requested.
- Order confirmation + payment: 1–3 days on your side.
Shipping + installation time
Production ends, the doors arrive at your address. For a standard 4 m kitchen, door installation takes 4–6 hours — doable solo, easier with two people. We offer Istanbul installation service (500 TL/hour); for DIY, our step-by-step install guide walks through 8 steps.

Lacquer and membrane same tariff. See the instant total in the configurator and decide.
Frequently Asked Questions
When is an order considered confirmed?
Once payment clears, the workshop verifies the measurement table within 24 hours and sends a confirmation email. The day that email arrives is “Day 0” of production.
Can I change measurements during production?
Free changes within the first 24 hours. After that, if MDF cutting has started, that door is replaced with a new one and the cost of the discarded piece is added at minimum workshop rate.
Is surprise delivery possible?
Of course. Add the address + recipient details to the order; the courier delivers in gift packaging. Use the notes field for a gift message.
How many days to ship across Turkey?
Typically 3–5 working days with our courier partner. Eastern provinces: 5–7. For rush doors, the workshop hands the package to the same-day shipping run.
How do I book installation after delivery?
Pick a date from your order tracking screen / WhatsApp; our team confirms the time 2–3 days in advance. 500 TL/hour within Istanbul; for other regions, joint scheduling. Most kitchens finish in 4–6 hours.
