KVKK Personal Data Notice

As Vellora Kapak, in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we hereby inform you about the processing of your personal data in our capacity as the data controller. 1. DATA CONTROLLER Vellora Kapak, operating via https://www.vellorakapak.com, acts as the "data controller" under KVKK. 2. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER KVKK ARTICLE 11 You have the right to apply to Vellora Kapak as the data controller to: • Learn whether your personal data is being processed, • Request information regarding such processing, • Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with such purpose, • Know third parties to whom data has been transferred domestically or abroad, • Request correction of incomplete or incorrect data, • Request deletion or destruction within the framework of KVKK, • Request that correction, deletion, or destruction be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred, • Object to results that arise against you due to analysis solely by automated systems, • Demand compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing. 7. APPLICATION METHOD You may submit such requests in writing to info@vellorakapak.com. Your request will be evaluated and responded to within 30 days at the latest.
