Distance Sales Contract

ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES This contract is concluded between Vellora Kapak ("SELLER") and the customer placing the order ("BUYER") under the following terms. ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products electronically ordered by the BUYER from https://www.vellorakapak.com, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT DETAILS The type, quantity, brand/model, sale price, payment method, and essential features of the product are specified on the order confirmation page and the order confirmation email. ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT METHOD The BUYER pays the order amount via the payment methods specified at checkout (credit card, bank transfer, cash on delivery, etc.). Payment intermediation is provided by a licensed payment institution/PSP. ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY The SELLER delivers the product to the BUYER's specified address within 30 days following the production period stated in the product specifications. For custom-size products, the delivery time is specified on the product page. Force majeure provisions are reserved. ARTICLE 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. However, custom-size and made-to-order products (kitchen cabinet doors, cabinet doors and similar made-to-order products) are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to article 15(ç) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts. ARTICLE 7 - EXERCISE OF WITHDRAWAL RIGHT For products within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the BUYER may exercise this right by sending written notice to info@vellorakapak.com within the withdrawal period. Upon notice, the SELLER refunds the payment within 14 days at the latest. ARTICLE 8 - PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM WITHDRAWAL The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products under article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts: • Products prepared according to consumer requests or personal needs (custom-size doors, lacquered products with RAL color selection, made-to-order membrane doors) • Products that cannot be returned by their nature ARTICLE 9 - GENERAL PROVISIONS The BUYER declares that they have read and understood the essential features of the product, sale price, payment method, and pre-information regarding delivery on https://www.vellorakapak.com, and have provided the necessary confirmation electronically. ARTICLE 10 - COMPETENT AUTHORITY For disputes arising from this contract, applications may be made to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts. ARTICLE 11 - ENTRY INTO FORCE By confirming the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all conditions of this contract. The contract enters into force upon order confirmation.
