ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE PRODUCT The essential features, quantity, sale price (VAT included), and delivery time of the ordered product are specified on the order summary page and the order confirmation email. Vellora Kapak is a manufacturer of custom-size kitchen and cabinet doors; the customer makes selections regarding measurements, surface (lacquer / membrane), and color (RAL code) at the time of order. 3. SALE PRICE AND PAYMENT METHOD The sale price stated on the order summary page is VAT-inclusive. Payment may be made via credit card, bank transfer/EFT, or other payment methods offered on the site. Transaction security for credit card payments is provided by licensed payment institutions/PSP infrastructure; Vellora Kapak does not access card details. 4. DELIVERY Production of the product begins after order confirmation. The standard delivery time is specified on the product page; for custom-size orders, this may vary between 7-21 business days. Shipping fees are shown in the order summary; free Türkiye-wide shipping may apply above a certain order amount. 5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt without giving any reason. HOWEVER, pursuant to Law No. 6502 article 48 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts article 15(ç), products specifically manufactured according to the customer's measurement/color/surface selections (custom-size kitchen doors, lacquered products with RAL codes, doors with selected membrane decors) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. 6. EXERCISE OF WITHDRAWAL RIGHT For products within the scope of withdrawal, the withdrawal notice must be sent in writing to info@vellorakapak.com. After the withdrawal notice, the product must be returned undamaged in its original packaging within 10 days. Refund is made via the same payment method within 14 days. 7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION The consumer may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees if the order amount is below the annual threshold determined by the Ministry, or to Consumer Courts if above. 8. GENERAL PROVISIONS By checking the "I have read, understood, and accepted the Pre-Information Form" box at the order confirmation stage, the BUYER declares acceptance of all provisions of this document.
