Return and Exchange Policy

At Vellora Kapak, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our return and exchange policy in accordance with the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts and Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 is as follows. 1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. 2. PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM WITHDRAWAL Pursuant to article 15(ç) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, products manufactured according to the customer's specific requests for measurements, color, surface, etc. are excluded from the right of withdrawal: • Custom-size kitchen cabinet doors (cut to customer-specific width × height) • Lacquered products with selected RAL code (color is customer preference) • Doors with selected membrane decors (decor is customer preference) • Other products personalized according to consumer requests These products are not held in Vellora Kapak's stock and are produced solely on customer order, therefore cannot be returned. 3. EXERCISE OF WITHDRAWAL RIGHT For products within the scope of withdrawal, the withdrawal notice must be sent in writing to info@vellorakapak.com within 14 days. The notice may include the order number and withdrawal reason (not mandatory). 4. PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS Products within the scope of return must; • Be undamaged and unused • Be returned in original packaging • Return shipping costs are paid by the consumer (paid by the SELLER if the product was sent defective/damaged/incomplete) 5. REFUND PAYMENT PERIOD After the withdrawal notice and the product reaches Vellora Kapak's address, the product is inspected and if found suitable, payment is refunded via the same payment method within 14 days. 6. DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED PRODUCT If you find package damage upon delivery or the product is defective: • If the package is damaged in the shipping vehicle, request a report from the courier or refuse delivery; alternatively, request a damage assessment report • If the product is defective when opened, notify info@vellorakapak.com within 7 days with photos • Return shipping costs for defective/damaged products are covered by Vellora Kapak • The product is replaced free of charge or the amount is refunded 7. PRODUCT WARRANTY Vellora Kapak products are covered by a 2-year manufacturing defect warranty. Manufacturing defects occurring under proper use conditions are repaired or replaced free of charge under warranty. Misuse, natural wear, and mechanical impact are outside warranty. 8.
