WHY WE USE YOUR INFORMATION • Order intake, production, delivery, and post-sale support • Invoicing and fulfilling legal record-keeping obligations • Customer service and technical support • Site improvement (via performance cookies) • Marketing communications when you have given explicit consent 3. DATA SECURITY The site is protected by SSL/TLS encryption. Payment information is stored on PCI-DSS compliant PSP infrastructure; Vellora Kapak does not see or store card details. RETENTION PERIOD • Order and invoice information: 10 years (legal obligation) • Membership information: as long as the account is active + 30 days after account deletion request • Marketing cookies: 12 months • Chat records: 6 months (anonymized aggregated) 6. YOUR RIGHTS All rights under KVKK article 11 are reserved (see KVKK Notice). You may submit requests to correct, delete, or object to processing of your data to info@vellorakapak.com. 7. CHILDREN Vellora Kapak services do not target users under 18; we do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. 8. POLICY CHANGES When this policy is updated, it will be announced on the site. For significant changes, registered users will be notified via email. 9.
